The House
Toad Hall is secluded and a quiet place to stay, sitting in the rear corner of the former mews to Southwold House. It consists of an original cottage plus some of the adjoining coach houses and hayloft.
Unlike many of the holiday houses in Southwold, which are cottages and made up of small rooms, Toad Hall offers light, well proportioned accommodation.
It consists of:
- 3 Bedrooms (one double and two twins)
- 2 Bathrooms (one en-suite) both with thermostatically controlled showers.
- An additional downstairs loo (just off the hallway)
- Kitchen with large kitchen table (seating 6+) leading onto a courtyard garden (with table and chairs for alfresco dining)
- Sitting Room (with wood burning stove)
In addition the property also offers:
- High speed WiFi
- TV and DVD player
- Dishwasher
- Microwave
- Washing machine
- Tumble-dryer
